Governance & Ethics

Logos Pharma is engaged in distributing free medicines to charitable hospitals, sponsoring various games and activities and education of underprivileged.

EHS Policy

Logos Pharma meets the highest environmental, health, and safety (EHS) performance requirements and strives for the highest international standards in plant design, selection of equipment, maintenance, and operations. Periodic preventive boiler & generator servicing and internal & external checks ensure that waste is not generated by the machines & equipment. The fuels and lubricants (especially generator sets) used in the machines and equipment are of the highest quality, confirming the minimum pollutant discharge. There are regular inspections, audits and safety surveillance, fire prevention and protection activities, disposal activities related to hazardous wastes; and regular monitoring of the environment. Our EHS policy focuses primarily on a clean environment for community.

Health and Safety

The EHS policy focuses on regular health assessment of the employees and hygiene monitoring at the workplace. The manufacturing processes are continuously upgraded to improve health and hygiene standards. The key processes comprises of regular inspections, audits and safety surveillance, fire prevention and protection activities, disposal activities related to hazardous wastes; and regular monitoring of the environment.

Training Programs

At Logos, the importance of EHS is extensively promoted by means of investment in process improvement and training programs. Regular training programs are conducted for the employees to enhance awareness in the area of health, safety and environment.
